Injection molding is a manufacturing process widely used for producing parts by injecting molten material into a mold.
1.Injection The plastic material is melted in a heating chamber into a fluid state and is then injected into a mold under high pressure using a large screw. | 2.Cooling Once injected, the material begins to cool and solidify, taking the shape of the mold. | 3.Ejection After the material is fully solidified, the mold is opened, and the finished part is ejected. | 4.Trimming Any excess material (like runners or gates) is removed to finish the product. |
